Our Case Statement
Established in 1963, Bishop Brady High School has a rich tradition of providing a values-based, college preparatory education. Bishop Brady is a center for the pursuit of academic excellence and for the development of the total person. It is a caring community, where each person is invited to build quality interpersonal relationships and to exert a positive influence on the climate of the school.
Bishop Brady’s successful growth requires that we embark on an ambitious project to provide us with the physical space necessary to meet the current and future needs of our students. To continue to deliver our mission with relevance we intend to accomplish this through a project with two major components – the building of a new academic wing and a renovation of a portion of our existing facility. The features of this project include the following highlights:

Proposed Academic Wing (new construction) will include:

† State–of-the-art media center
† Additional classrooms
† New technological capabilities

Renovated Space will include:

† Relocation and improvement of the chapel
† Upgrades to guidance and administrative Offices
† Safety and accessibility enhancements

Some of the benefits this project will provide include:

† An improved external image—so necessary in student recruitment
† Expanded space available for additional programs
† Opportunities—especially with the media center—currently unavailable either here or in surrounding schools
† Long-term enhancement of academic product
† Space and facility options important to faculty retention
